We'll Waive our customary $99.00 diagnostic service visit fee when you choose to make any repair during your service visit.
For first-time customers, with a prescheduled appointment, during normal business hours, we’ll waive the $99 diagnostic visit fee when our technician performs an approved repair or service during that visit.
If no repair or service is performed, the $99.00 fee applies.
After-hours and emergency visits will receive $99.00 off the applicable visit fee; After-hours and emergency visit fees vary (ie. holidays, etc.) Your CSR will advise of applicable after hours fees.
